Pilates Mat with Elizabeth Heidari

Experience a contemporary approach to Pilates mat with a 60-minute flow of mindful, challenging movement designed to strengthen your core, improve alignment, and reconnect your body to your breath. Each session emphasizes control, precision, proper breath mechanics, and functional movement patterns that support you in everyday life.
This class is led by Elizabeth, a NASM-certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist with advanced certifications in Pilates, TRX, PROnatal, and IKN. A former professional dancer, she has performed in live and film projects with artists such as Madonna and Nicki Minaj, and she brings that same artistry and body awareness into her teaching. Elizabeth has taught in top studios in NYC and Indianapolis and is known for her clear cuing, intelligent programming, and encouraging, grounded presence.

Simple Sourdough with Meghan Gemmel

Discover the art of sourdough made simple. In this interactive class, Meghan Gemmel will guide you through the timeless craft of naturally leavened bread—no prior experience needed.
You’ll learn how to create, feed, and maintain a healthy sourdough starter, watch a live demonstration of the breadmaking process, and get hands-on practice shaping your own loaf.
