The Everyday Detox: Simple Rhythms for Preventing Disease with Stephanie Crabtree and Kristi Blackburn
Class Date: Sunday, May 3 at 3:00pm
Class Cost: $25
There’s a lot of noise when it comes to detoxing. Juice cleanses. Supplements. Protocols. Trends. It can feel overwhelming and honestly, confusing. What actually works? What does your body really need? And what is the point of detoxing in the first place?
In this class, Kristi, PA-C, and Stephanie, RD, will cut through the confusion and bring you back to the basics.
You’ll learn how your body was designed to detox naturally and how to support those systems through simple, daily rhythms that actually make a difference. Together, we’ll explore the role of the liver, gut, kidneys, skin, and lymphatic system and why foundational practices like hydration, regular elimination, and sweating matter more than extreme cleanses.
We’ll also walk through supportive tools like sauna, red light therapy, liver detoxes, and parasite cleansing - when they can be helpful, and how to approach them in a wise, sustainable way.
This isn’t about doing more or chasing the latest trend. It’s about understanding your body and working with it. If you’re looking to reduce inflammation, support your hormones, increase energy, and take a proactive approach to preventing disease, this class will give you a clear, grounded path forward.
The TOOLS: Simple Relationship Tools for Real Life with Peggy Hart
Class Date: Wednesday, May 6 at 10:00am
Class Cost: $25
Come explore practical ways to handle the moments that feel challenging, like when your kids push back and you feel yourself getting reactive, when conversations with your partner go sideways, or when a relative or coworker leaves you feeling reactive or frustrated.
The ways we’ve learned to handle relationships often don’t work when things get hard, so we react, shut down, or repeat the same patterns.
You’ll learn how to catch yourself in the moment, see the pattern you’re in, and begin to shift how you respond. This can help you get out of power struggles and experience more ease, connection, and clarity in your relationships.
You’ll leave seeing yourself more clearly in your relationships and bringing more curiosity to how you respond. Come with a willingness to explore and try something new.
