Motherhood Circle: A Prenatal & Postpartum Gathering with Katelin Parkinson
Class Dates: Every other Thursday starting September 10 at 12:00pm, continuing through November 19
Class Cost: $20
Motherhood Circle is designed to offer women a place to slow down, connect, share, learn, and be supported by others walking through a similar season.
This gathering welcomes both expectant mothers and mothers with babies 12 months and younger, creating a unique opportunity to build community across different stages of motherhood. Whether you're navigating pregnancy for the first time, preparing for postpartum, adjusting to life with a newborn, or caring for an older infant, you'll find a safe and encouraging space to ask questions, share experiences, celebrate milestones, and process challenges together.
Each session is intentionally conversational, allowing discussions to unfold naturally based on what participants need most in the moment. Topics may include pregnancy symptoms, preparing for birth, postpartum recovery, infant feeding, sleep, emotional wellness, self-care, relationship changes, and the evolving rhythms of motherhood. Every gathering is different, shaped by the women in the room and the season they're walking through.
Led by Katelin Parkinson, ND - a women's health-focused Naturopathic Doctor, specialist in fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum care, and mother of three. These gatherings are designed to provide practical guidance, meaningful connection, and gentle encouragement throughout your motherhood journey.
Babies 12 months and younger are welcome to attend.
Supporting Your Body Through Hormonal Changes with Dr. Erin Burns
Class Date: Monday, October 5 at 6:00pm
Class Cost: $25
Hormonal changes can feel confusing, frustrating, and often dismissed as “just part of aging.” But what if you actually understood what was happening inside your body and had clear, practical ways to support it?
In this class, Dr. Burns, an Integrative Family Medicine Osteopath, will walk you through a comprehensive, grounded look at hormonal changes in your 30s, 40s, and beyond.
She will break down the stages of women’s hormones, help you recognize the early and not-so-subtle signs of change, and walk you through thoughtful approaches to evaluation and treatment. Her goal is not to overwhelm you, but to equip you so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Whether you’re just starting to notice subtle shifts or navigating more significant changes, this class will help you better understand your body and learn how to work with it, not against it.
You’ll learn:
The different stages of women’s hormonal health
Common signs your hormones may be shifting
An overview of testing and evaluation options
A practical look at treatment approaches and support strategies
