Movements are done on a mat and chair, allowing you to move at your own pace while listening closely to your body and cultivating awareness from the inside out.Led by Leslie, a lifelong dancer and certified Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis instructor, this class offers an introduction to the Gyrokinesis method through simple spinal sequences, legwork, and standing movements.
