Revitalize with the MELT Method® with Leslie Whitesell

Class Date: Saturday, August 29 at 1:00pm

Class Cost: $40

Give your body the reset it’s been craving. In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn the MELT Method® - a gentle, self-care technique that uses soft rollers and therapy balls to restore balance to your connective tissue, calm the nervous system, improve lymphatic flow, and reduce everyday aches and stiffness.

Moving beyond the material covered in the Intro Workshops, we will dive into some of the Melt sequences and maps designed to reconnect, rebalance, rehydrate and release the hands and feet, upper and lower body, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

The workshop is led by Leslie Whitesell, owner of Inala Movement Studio, who combines years of movement education with her expertise in the MELT Method® to help people move with greater ease and feel their best.

The classes listed below are also available by request for small groups. If you’d love to gather friends for a shared experience, simply contact us to arrange a time.
