For exceptional therapists looking for an extraordinary clinic.

Join our holistic, compassionate, dedicated team.

Vitalize Physical Therapy is a growing boutique practice in the heart of Carmel’s thriving Arts & Design District, dedicated to helping active women and families live, work, and play with confidence and vitality. We’ve created an intentional, welcoming environment where clients feel truly valued and supported on their journey to better health.

We transformed a space with historic roots into The Vitalize House — a warm, inviting haven for relaxation, healing, and renewal. Just two blocks from the Monon Trail and steps from downtown Carmel, our location offers a truly unique setting for both clients and staff — blending convenience, charm, and a deep sense of community.

We are also completely cash-based and do not contract with any insurance companies. This means a lot of great autonomy and benefits when it comes to working with your patients.

Why you’ll love working here:

  • Quality time with each patient: Spend a full 50–55 minutes one-on-one, providing meaningful, focused care.

  • A sustainable caseload: See 6–8 patients per day so you can go home feeling energized and balanced.

  • Do what you love: Use your skills and passion to truly serve patients and make a difference in their lives.

  • Be part of something special: Join an innovative, growing practice where your ideas and contributions are valued.

  • Feel supported: Enjoy a competitive benefits package, including 401(k) matching and continuing education support.

  • Bring your whole self: Work in an environment where people come first, authenticity is encouraged, and growth is part of every day.

Who we’re looking for:

  • A full or part-time physical therapist excited to grow with our Vitalize family.

  • Ideally, you have at least 1–2 years of outpatient pelvic and orthopedic experience, are highly motivated, and eager to keep learning.

  • You hold (or are eligible for) a license to practice physical therapy in the state of Indiana.

  • Certifications in dry needling, pelvic health, or visceral manipulation are a plus, but not required.

  • You have a natural gift for hands-on work — our manual therapy focus makes this essential.

  • You’re upbeat, friendly, active, and open to leading workshops or training events in person and online.

  • You build trust easily and are motivated to form long-lasting connections with clients.

  • You care deeply about people, love making a real difference, and thrive in a highly relational, non-traditional clinic setting.
