Dr. Natalie Marshall

She holds several advanced certifications, including Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Thriving Mama Provider. She is a lifelong learner who continues to deepen her expertise through specialty coursework and hands-on training.
“Kaetlin is professional and very knowledgeable! She really listened to my situation and concerns. I was not expecting to get much help from physical therapy… Now I believe that I can get the (healing) that I need and my life will be better with Kateline’s help.”

Dr. Katye Tuyo
Katye is thrilled to be a part of the Vitalize Physical Therapy team, with a passion for getting to the underlying cause of pain to produce true healing. Born into a family that bleeds Black and Gold, she attended Purdue University where she graduated with a degree in Athletic Training. It was there she discovered a natural ability to feel what’s happening beneath the skin, and a love for manual therapy was born.
She continued her education at the University of Indianapolis where she achieved her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Upon graduation, Katye remained in the area treating patients with orthopedic and pelvic health conditions, growing her holistic healing approach.
Katye is known for being a good listener and a personalized hands-on method. She focuses on creating an optimal environment to enable the body’s innate healing process. She takes a “zoomed out” approach to determine contributing factors, while simultaneously focusing on the root cause of symptoms. Katye is a lifelong learner, staying up to date on current research, continuing her education, and perfecting her skills.
“I was training for a marathon while pregnant and Dr. Katye helped solve and prevent a ton of my pains. She is incredibly smart, personable and makes you feel really comfortable. I consider her a part of my birth team and will continue to see her postpartum.”

Laura is thorough and approachable, creating an effective and safe environment for therapeutic healing. Patients are impressed with her holistic approach and ability to explain the interconnectedness of the body and mind.
After continuing her education by completing multiple pelvic floor courses, she became a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Women’s Health Physical Therapy (WCS) in July 2018. She also has training in trigger point dry needling, visceral manipulation, and craniosacral therapy.
“Laura's sharp eyes detect inefficient movement patterns, and she treats the affected area with hands-on techniques as well as teaching the client better body mechanics. The therapists at Vitalize look at more than just the aching part, they treat the whole body.”
