Vitalize Physical Therapy is a growing boutique practice in the heart of Carmel’s thriving Arts & Design District, dedicated to helping active women and families live, work, and play with confidence and vitality. We’ve created a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel truly valued and supported on their journey to better health.

We recently opened our newly transformed space, revitalizing a building with historic roots into a haven for relaxation, recovery, and rejuvenation. Just two blocks from the Monon Trail and steps from downtown Carmel, our location offers a truly special setting for both clients and staff—blending convenience, charm, and a deep sense of community.

We are also completely cash-based and do not contract with any insurance companies. This means a lot of great benefits for you when it comes to how you get to work with your patients.

What do you get?

Focus on your patient: spend a full 50-55 minutes with them one-on-one
Spend your down time researching a case as needed or communicating directly with your clients when they have questions
See a reasonable caseload of 6-8 patients per day, so that you go home feeling energized and happy about the work you did. Work life balance is key!
Look forward to coming to work every day, because you actually get to practice what you went to school for: physical therapy!

What are we looking for?

A full or part-time physical therapist to join our growing and hard-working Vitalize family
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of outpatient pelvic and ortho job experience, be highly motivated, and ready to soak up information
You should be licensed to practice physical therapy in the state of Indiana, or be eligible to obtain your license
A certification in dry needling, pelvic health, visceral manipulation are all preferred but not required
Someone who has a natural ability with their hands. We have a strong manual therapy focus and this trait is a must
Someone who is upbeat, friendly and not too shy to be on camera. Instagram, Facebook, and wellness events are how we educate the community
Someone who knows how to quickly build trust and is motivated to form long-lasting relationships with clients
