What We Treat
January 26, 2018
A lot of us sit during the day for many of the things we do - working, driving, eating, Netflix bingeing, etc.
Q: So, what's one of the best ways you can relieve that hip and low back pain after sitting for a "stretch" of time? (Pun absolutely intended!)
A: Move and stretch those tight joints and muscles!
Incorporating these 2 hip-opener stretches typically feel super yummy after you've been sitting.
Give them a try and let us know what you think . . . enjoy!
Side Note - if you don't have a foam roll, try rolling up a large towel instead!
